MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Note: candidates who do not have the mandatory skills will not be considered.

• A minimum of 8 years experience in .Net/C# development for large-scale enterprise applications;
• Experience in Service Oriented Architecture and Web Service development
• Strong knowledge of XML Technologies (XML, XSL, XSD);
• Windows WCF knowledge
• Experience with relational databases preferably Oracle;
• Web service development experience; experience with WS-* second generation standards
• Familiarity with PKI architecture and understanding of how server-client certificate works is required
• Solid knowledge of testing tools and techniques;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders; must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources;
• Must be able to take strategic direction from executive management and participate in strategic planning activities throughout the lifetime of the project;
• Must be able to see tasks through to completion without significant guidance.

·         Must be able to provide documentation on their work.

DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• A Masters degree in Computer Science, or Mathematics is desired;
• Knowledge of BPM Engines and business activity monitoring
• Knowledge UDDI, and web services security gateways
• Knowledge of National Information Exchange Methodology (NIEM)

·         Experienced with formal SDLCs and business analysis methodologies;

·         Working knowledge of business analysis documentation standards
