Job Description:
**Manager of Operations** - to offer additional support and business subject matter expertise to supplement current staff. The candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of applications for both fixed and equity trading and security master, as well as knowledge of process and procedures. Experience with other industry standard trading systems and have completed analysis of business models. The SME will work with the business to review current business models and applications.

Tasks to be completed by the SME with the business staff will include:

Detailed analysis of current systems; benefits, weaknesses, industry (best practice comparisons)
